THE STORY OF devil’s grin

We didn’t set out to make just another gin. We set out to make one that could charm a London Dry gin loyalist, win over the citrus-seekers, and surprise the skeptics — all in one sip.

This is an award-winning, small-batch Texas craft gin, born in the fires of Fort Worth.

Expect the unexpected.

By Taste, Not Stopwatch

How is gin made at our Fort Worth distillery? We use a step-maceration method — the heart of our gin-making process — giving each botanical its own time to shine before distilling them together slowly, by taste, not stopwatch. Then we proof it down by hand, over a full month.

  • Devil’s Grin bottle and two negronis on a bar

    Global Botanicals

Sourced from six continents for depth and complexity.

  • Garnishing a Devil’s Grin cocktail by hand

    Time

The slow pour and slow proof are what make it smoother.

  • A long table dinner under the trees

    Texas Rainwater

Collected in Fort Worth for purity and a clean, soft finish.

14 Botanicals, Six Continents

Every one of our gin botanicals earns its place. Fourteen of them, gathered from six continents, build a three-part arc - bold, bright, and brazen.

Some of these ingredients we grow close to home; others we sourced because nothing closer would do the same job. Either way, each one had to prove itself in the glass before it earned a permanent spot in the recipe.

  • Toasted mesquite bark

    Mesquite Bean

Toasted and sweet, from a family ranch in South Texas

A Taste of the Unexpected

  • The Start

    Bold

London Dry roots — round, earthy juniper with cedar warmth. This is the part that should feel familiar — the handshake before everything else begins.

  • The Middle

    Bright

Citrus and floral rise — a lively, aromatic lift, with gin tasting notes that keep evolving sip to sip. This is where the rest of the world starts to show up in the glass, layer by layer.

  • The Finish

    Brazen

Toasted spice and soft sweetness — rich and unexpectedly smooth. 44% ABV (88 proof). A finish built to invite another sip, not end the conversation.
